The Apple International School, established in 1994, is a British Curriculum School that places high value on the individual, an ethos underpinned by our belief that our school provides an ideal atmosphere for nurturing the talents and needs of young students.
There are three stages to life at The Apple International School: Kindergarten, Junior School and Senior School. In their earliest years, 'apple-ites' are encouraged to explore the huge range of educational opportunities available to them, to excel within realistic expectations and to discover individual strengths through a well-planned programme of sporting, cultural and social activities. Students at The Apple International School are multicultural and are guided to recognise, accept and celebrate differences.
Apple-ites are valued as individuals as the school believes that each child is an individual and should be given his/her own time to grow emotionally, physically and intellectually. The emphasis is on practical work. The teaching staff is committed to providing a happy, secure and supportive atmosphere to foster personal growth and high academic excellence. The range of extra-curricular activities is extensive and in the performing arts, drama, debates, sports and community service we have established a particularly enviable reputation.
The four house teams at The Apple International School are Ruby, Sapphire Emerald and Topaz. The school conducts various activities which inspire healthy competition and instill team spirit.
As apple-ites are kept busy in a kaleidoscope of activities, they develop into kind, considerate, compassionate yet dynamic human beings, full of confidence which fosters success. The challenge in academic life, for each student, is to achieve their potential in all of their subjects, to flourish in areas where they have particular talent and to enjoy the learning process. |

Welcome to The Apple International School, Dubai. We aim to create a caring, secure environment where everyone will work happily together. Each child will be encouraged to be hardworking and self-disciplined during their time here.
Our core purpose as a school is summed up in our mission statement; to help to turn the potential of all our students into the reality of qualifications and the development of young people who are ready to successfully take their place in the world outside. We strive to work with all our students, regardless of ability levels, to support them to realize their potential. |

Our aim to engender a family community is achieved by encouraging each child to work and play to the best of his/her ability whilst at the same time respecting and considering others.
We believe that children should be able to read, write, spell and compute confidently. Children should be able to use these skills and apply them in all situations. We also believe that children should enjoy the process. Additionally, we promote the physical, creative, social and emotional development of each child in a calm and friendly atmosphere.
Good home-school liaison is an important part of any pupil's educational development and to this end regular circulars are issued to inform parents about matters which affect pupils and parents. In addition, parents' meetings are held every term in order to discuss each child's progress and attainment.
We hope that parents find the atmosphere within the school to be a happy and friendly one, as it is our aim to make all parents feel welcome when visiting the school, be it for attending meetings, social events or discussing their child's progress.

As Executive Principal I want this site to be an important resource for all those pupils and their parents who may be interested in Apple International as their school of choice. I also hope the site will be increasingly important to pupils who already attend this school and their parents.
